What is a Raw Food Lifestyle? (The Benefits of Eating Raw Food)

While many people are unaware that eating raw food is advantageous, it is necessary to note that living healthy is not just about pressuring oneself to always be on a “diet”. Hence, it is more of utilizing what mother nature offers keeping it real, natural and simple. Making changes that are good for oneself and the planet is a commendable gesture for health improvement.
In this article, we will discuss some benefits of eating Raw food by using the acrostic   R-A-W:

R-everse or stop the risk of many chronic diseases which include heart disease, obesity and cancer. Since cooking kills most nutrients, vitamins, minerals and all the enzymes, it is far healthier and easier to eat and digest raw foods.

A-lleviate one’s health condition.  Giving our living bodies - living foods helps to boost our immune system, increase  our energy, enhance our skin appearance and  promote better digestion and oh so much more.

W-eight improvement due to healthy living. Raw food has natural flavors than cooked food.   There is no need to add salt, sugar or other condiments that might greatly affect one’s weight, and are usually full of chemicals. Thus, the  unprocessed and uncooked foods such as fresh fruit and vegetables, grains, sprout or  nuts will prevent the diminishing  of the  natural nutritional value and "life force" of  these foods while taking care of our body weight.
